The Borneo International Marathon scheduled for October so that it is comfortably scheduled between the Penang Bridge Marathon in June and the Singapore Marathon in December. This provides the perfect opportunity for regular marathon and half marathon runners in the region to participate and keep in top racing condition.

Registration for the marathon closes on 30 September 2008 and costs RM100 – although the price is RM80 if you register before the end of July. Places are also available in the half marathon, 10km run, kids 400m and kids 800m.
